5、翻译质量：

6、原稿修改

如委托方原稿修改，而需翻译方对译文作相应修改，根据修改程度酌量收取改稿费，或在收取原稿翻译费后，对修改稿按单价重新计费。如补充翻译，则另行收费。

7、中止翻译

如委托方在翻译方翻译过程中，要求中止翻译，委托方须根据翻译方的翻译进度，按翻译方已经翻译的字数，以协定的单价计算翻译费给翻译方。

翻译方可根据具体需要，采取以下交稿方式中的任一种来交稿：打印稿、电脑软盘、传真、电子邮件。

9、版权

翻译方对于委托方委托文件内容的版权问题不负责，由委托方负全责、保密性:翻译方以翻译为业，遵守翻译职业道德，对其译文的保密性负责。
