布置不错，中间5个桌子排成五角形，房间四个角上是面试官，10分钟阅读面试英语材料，时间很紧;50分钟中文讨论，要求上交一份 proposal。大致内容：公司其他地区有人过来，安排行程。由于是用中文，所以不是很难，在尊重他人意见的同时多发表自己看法即可。结束的时候要填一份表，对本组队员按照表现好坏排名，并说明为什么xxx排no.1，xxx排no.6，还要回答“你觉得其他人会把你排第几?”，“你觉得自己怎样可以做的更好?”
2.interview1v145mins三个房间同时开始面试官按照一面的笔录挑些东西来问，在我的简历里挑了个东西问，还考察了对行业的了解。面的感觉还可以，但出来后发现只面了30mins，当时颇为不安。
lunch前前后后花了2小时，很丰盛，但没吃饱!饭后很想睡觉，浑浑噩噩的时候hr通知开始第三部分，振作精神进场
3.caseanalysisandpresentation 面试英语preparation45mins前面那场地，这次改坐面试官的位置了。看材料，并在A1纸上写presentationoutline.时间非常紧!!几乎没时间构思如何演讲，我凭感觉将presentation分成两部分，做了两张纸，没来得及想具体怎么说，就上阵了。这45mins过得真快阿，记忆中过得最快的一次。presentation10mins(三个房间同时开始)1v1看临场状态了。QA15mins(据说有个房间这部分中文进行，看你运气了)case设计的不错，不管你哪个观点，面试官总能很“得意”地challenge你。这一部分我有点惨，因为前面准备时间不够，中了面试官两飞刀。最后她问我有什么要补充的'，我赶紧抓住这根救命稻草补充了一番。大致内容：某高科技公司在南京路上的办公楼要到期了，现只有两个地方选择，南京西路上的某物业和浦东新区的某物业，要你作为外部人员给出你的咨询意见。
小结：
1、汇丰的笔面对英语阅读速度有较高要求，我阅读速度比较慢(当年六级差点来不及)，幸亏成文时有一定捣浆糊能力;
gmat的同学还是练些逻辑题吧，对通过一笔很有帮助;一笔筛人挺多的;
3、一面需要准备，否则可能难以充分证明自己的teamspiritleadership，除非你口语狂好，狂能吹;
4、二笔是特色项目，挺难临时抱佛脚的，看个人的平时积累了;
