??立，不预则废；信则有，不信则无这句话，是如何理解的呢？

意思很浅显易懂。

今年xx市毕业生660万人，其中广东省60万人。你可能不太了解这个概念，但去年广东省的应届毕业生是39万。增幅如此之大，可见大家毕业那年，应届生是怎样的一个天文数字吧？

如果大家清楚地明白现当下的就业形势之严峻，那就可以预见、推理出未来你们毕业时的就业形势。然后你们要采取行动，让自己在这样的形势中求得一份理想的好工作。可是，偏偏许多人是蒙混过日的，他们不去采取行动的。

那么，他们也是没有“预见”，不预则废就是这类人的下场。大四到时遗憾的不仅仅是自己，还有你家庭里的爸妈。

信则有，不信则无。主要讲两个方面：你对自己有信心吗？对学校是否有信心？

进500强？进大企业或名企？考上名校研究生？考公务员？太难，不切实际吗？

这是对自己没有信心的表现。你当真对自己有信心了，你是会采取相应行动，去实现“预则立”的。据我所知，每年仲恺毕业，都有人在恒大地产、广东电视台等国内500强或知名企业工作。

而考研那更不用怀疑，前几年就有一对上下铺的同学一起考研考上清华，去年也有仲恺的同学考上南开大学、中山大学等985名校。

为什么他们能在仲恺读书而我们不能？在外部环境一样的情况下，不同的只是自己的态度，思想深处有一根筋和他们不同而已。扭断这根肌腱，付出努力和行动，我相信你可以！

这是自信！

再者，是对学校有信心。在招聘上有点科学合理性的公司，才是受人欢迎的公司，才是有发展前景的公司，因为他们不排斥五湖四海的人才，“英雄不问出处”正是这个道理。仲恺不是211，不是985。只是一个普通的大学生。

但没有人能决定任何学校会培养出什么样的人才。学校只是一个环境因素，关键是自身，内因大于外因。因此，真正的好公司是“英雄不问出处”的，他们看你那颗心，你拥有的能力是否适合他们公司。

对于那些只招211人和985人的企业来说，他们的招聘策略也会阻碍他们的发展道路。那么，这个公司前景也是不被看好的。你磕磕碰碰进去后，已经遍体鳞伤了，结果这个公司招人之道不科学导致发展受阻，你进去了也是浪费表情。

以我自身做例子。半年间面试了将近50个公司，包括了各行各业，包括了大中小型公司，其中有两个是世界五百强，多数是国内在某个领域都颇有知名度的公司，比如中原地产、拓优猎头、广日电梯、至诚伟业等等。他们都给我面试机会，只是有几个公司在最后因为我的学习成绩实在不行，或者面试临场发挥失常，才不要我，而不是因为自己非名校出身就把我拒绝。

因此，我们应该对我们的学校和专业背景有信心！你有硬实力，拥有相关的工作经历，这才是进入好公司的敲门砖。

说这些实用的话，主要是为大家树立一种信心。具体到仲恺的会计专业的就业状况，我不是专业人士，我不好意思说太多，但我周边有许多读仲恺会计的朋友，从05级到11级都有。毕业那些，他们就业都很好。

我想对读过仲恺会计的越来越年轻的学生说，会计的录取分数很高，每个学校都一样。你们当初用非常高的分数考到仲恺读会计，你们就得用四年的努力，让自己毕业时不让其他用相对低分的成绩考入仲恺的同学赶超，不让自己毕业时让其他学校的高中同学赶超，也就是说，找到的工作不比他们差，让你们继续发挥你们的优势。

首先，你需要开阔你的视野。我是一个不安，不满足的人。我不仅与我的同学打交道，还与其他学校尤其是一所学校的同学和朋友打交道。
